Project
The Hazelton property consists of 39,426 hectares of underexplored terrain within 40km of Smithers, BC. To the north, the property boasts shallow-marine VMS and epithermal systems. The southern extent of the property hosts porphyry style Cu-Mo mineralization with related qtz-tourmaline-sulphide breccias containing high grade Au.
Work
In 2018 field crews mapped, sampled, and carried out geophysics to outline targets for “first pass” drill testing. ~1000m of diamond drilling was completed to intersect high grade qtz-tourmaline breccias and set up for a scaled drilling campaign in 2019.
